Tracking and signing for your Missguided delivery
When shopping online, one of our main concerns is delivery. Deliver to home or work, do we need to sign for the package, what is the postal charge? These are valid concerns as missed packages can be a pain to deal with, requiring a trip to the post office or a rearranged drop off time.
This short post will explain the Missguided delivery rules, giving you answers to the important questions.
What are the delivery charges?
There are a number of postage charges to take into account when calculating delivery costs. When purchasing a product from Missguided, customers choose a delivery destination and pick a postage option.
The cost of items purchased from Missguided does not include customs and import duties, customers may have to pay these charges when receiving an item. If you refuse to pay the charge, the item will be returned and Missguided will provide a refund with deductions based on the delivery and import cost.
Missguided do not deliver to PO Box and BFPO addresses, this is simply a policy of theirs. To get in touch with Missguided to discuss a delivery charge you have received, you can call our Missguided Contact Number. The number is used by corporate partners and suppliers, rather than for customer care issues.
Will I need to sign for my Missguided parcel?
Missguided do not require customers to sign for parcels, they are aware that this places pressure on purchasers to stay at home, waiting for the delivery. Before making a purchase, customers can outline a plan for couriers to follow if you are not in, this can include leaving the parcel in a safe, secure hiding place by your house, or delivering the parcel to a neighbour.
These requests are not guaranteed, if the courier cannot deliver your order they will leave a card containing instructions for to rearrange a delivery or collect it yourself from a postal depot.
