Returning or exchanging items purchased from Missguided
One of the great worries of purchasing clothing online is not being able to try the items on before purchasing. To alleviate these fears, Missguided provide refunds on the majority of items purchased from their website.
Pierced jewellery, grooming products and swimwear products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. To receive a refund, customers must return the item within 14 days of the parcel being delivered.
If the items you want to return shows any signs of wear and tear, have been washed or you have removed the Missguided tags, they cannot be refunded. This rule is in place to prevent Missguided being used as a clothing rental service.
Missguided refund customers using the same method of payment used to purchase the clothing. All refunds are made within 14 days of Missguided receiving the returned items. It can take up to 10 working days for Missguided to receive and process your returned goods, they send an email to confirm that the parcel has been received.
If you haven’t heard from Missguided within 10 working days of posting the parcel, you can call our Missguided Contact Number to speak to a member of the Missguided team. If you’re returning multiple items, Missguided can take three days longer to process the parcel.
How to post a return to Missguided
Missguided suggest a number of courier and parcel delivery companies when customers wish to return an item. Customers do not have to use the companies mentioned by Missguided, they are only suggestions.
If you use Hermes, Royal Mail, Doddle, Collect+ or Asda Toyou, Missguided will process the delivery payment, deducting the cost of postage from the refund you will receive.
If you choose to use another delivery service, you must pay the postage cost directly. For further details on returning an item, refer to the Missguided FAQs page.
Can I exchange a purchase for another item?
There is no exchange system, but customers can return an item to receive a refund and then purchase another item. This system is essentially an exchange, but customers must follow the returns procedure, meaning an exchange will involve a postage charge.
