Tracking your order

Avon have made the delivery process as simple as they can. All you need to do to track your order is visit the website > Your Account > Sign in > Order History. The company also send you an email at every step of the postage process, firstly when the order is placed and confirmed and when it has been despatched.

Delivery options

Standard delivery – delivered within 5 working days from date of dispatch: £3.50
Express delivery – delivered the next working day, orders must be placed before 1pm: £5.50

Standard delivery – delivered to BFPO London within 5 working days from date of dispatch: £5.50 (BFPO orders cannot contain aerosol products)

All deliveries are made with courier company Hermes. If you are at home when the carrier calls, they will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your order. If you prefer, when making your order you can select a different delivery address to the billing address to suit you.

Where do Avon deliver to?

Avon offer standard delivery throughout mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles, as well as BFPO addresses. However, there are some exceptions for express delivery in the following remote locations/postcodes:

Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Highland and Islands.

Avon UK do not currently deliver orders outside of the UK but you can purchase products by accessing, where you can choose your region and country to view a local website.
