Avon are a unique beauty brand as they offer either an exchange or refund if you return the products within 28 days. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, and special terms apply to certain products. Avon aim for complete customer satisfaction, so it is 100% guaranteed. Do remember that if you have received a free gift with the product you want to return, you must return that, too or your refund can’t be processed.

How do I return a product?

Avon orders all come with a returns label inside your order, all you need to do is attach it to the returns package and you will be able to return it for free. Remember to fill out the enclosed forms in the parcel as they will not be able to refund the return to your debit or credit card otherwise.

Your bank will be credited when the returns has been processed, but bear in mind it may not show up on your bank statement immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

It is in your statutory rights to cancel your order any time after Avon have confirmed it with a receipt. You have 14 days to do so, but remember this does not apply for unsuitable products – unless they are faulty - that may pose health or hygiene risks. If you have already had your order delivered you can just follow the returns process as stated above.
