How do I return a product?
Avon orders all come with a returns label inside your order, all you need to do is attach it to the returns package and you will be able to return it for free. Remember to fill out the enclosed forms in the parcel as they will not be able to refund the return to your debit or credit card otherwise.
Your bank will be credited when the returns has been processed, but bear in mind it may not show up on your bank statement immediately.
If you are having trouble with this you can contact the Avon contact number where a customer service member will either email or post you another returns label and form.
Can I cancel my order?
It is in your statutory rights to cancel your order any time after Avon have confirmed it with a receipt. You have 14 days to do so, but remember this does not apply for unsuitable products – unless they are faulty - that may pose health or hygiene risks.
